THURSDAY - September 1st

• 6:00 p.m. - Queen Contest "Open to everyone"
  NEW AGE GROUPS
  Little Mr. & Miss Contest (ages 4-6); Jr. Prince & Princess (ages 7-9); Prince & Princess (ages 10-12); Junior Queen (ages 13-16); Senior Queen (ages 17-21)
  Jr.-Sr. Queens must pre-register by 08/30. Contests held at Twin Parks Gazebo.

FRIDAY - September 2nd

• 9:00 a.m. - Sidewalk Sales Downtown Merchants
• 8-9 p.m. - South Main Night Flame -South Main Street sponsored by McDonald's Restaurant and Greg Simerman American Family Insurance

SATURDAY - September 3rd

• 7:00 a.m.* - Opening Ceremonies - Dick Liedorff M.C.
• 7:15 a.m.* - John Petrehn Memorial Cup Flight
• 9:00 a.m. - Sidewalk Sales - Downtown Merchants
  East Twin Park -Arts & Crafts - Food and More
• 10:00 a.m. - Baby Show - Gazebo - East Twin Parks
  Registration Begins at 9:30
  8 Boys & Girls Age groups - 0 Months thru 3 Years
• Noon - Balloon Derby Parade - Main Street
  Lineup 11:30 a.m. - Trinity United Methodist, 300 S. Main
• 1-3 p.m. - Free Entertainment at the Gazebo
• 4:00 p.m.* - Gates Open Launch Site
• 6:00 p.m.* - Balloon Flight
• 8:00 p.m.* - Basel Downey Memorial Launch Site Nite Lite

• 9:00 p.m. - Balloon Derby Dance - Elks Lodge

SUNDAY - September 4th

• 7:15 a.m.* - Balloon Flight
• 7:30 a.m. - Annual Labor Day Fly-In - NCM Regional Airport
  Pancake Breakfast served 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. (open to the public)
  Chillicothe Chapter EAA Free Plane Rides, Kids 7-14, starting 9 a.m.
  Lunch wagon from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  Kids Ping Pong Ball Drop at 1 p.m. with Grab Bags for all Kids and larger prizes
  Aircraft Displays, R/C Planes
• 4:00 p.m.* - Gates Open Launch Site
• 6:00 p.m.* - Balloon Flight
• 8:00 p.m.* - Basel Downey Memorial Launch Site Nite Lite

MONDAY - September 5th

• 7:15 a.m.* - Balloon Flight

Launch Site Admission: $2.00 per person or maximum of $6.00 per vehicle; Children under 4 FREE

OR

Weekend Passes: Available for $15.00 at Brookfield Chamber of Commerce and NCM Graphics. Allows admission of all occupants of one vehicle onto Spectator Field.

22nd ANNUAL BALLOONING IN THE PARK
Twin Parks, Downtown Brookfield, Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011

Booth space is 12 x 12... Spaces are numbered and assignments ready by 7:00 a.m. that morning. Set up is in East Twin Parks on Main Street, Downtown Brookfield, Missouri, and someone will be there to show you your space.

Cost per booth space is $25.00 WITHOUT ELECTRICITY at Twin Parks

Cost per booth space WITH ELECTRICITY IS $35.00 AT Twin Parks (one 30 amp/110 volt provided, extra circuits are an additional $10.00)

You can have more than one booth space. If using more than one space (12 x 12), you are expected to pay for the spaces used. (Electricity only charged for one booth.)

Craft booth space is also available on the BALLOON SIGHT for both Saturday and Sunday for an additional $25.00 PER DAY.
